A&M Care is a qualified vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). HCBS services are funded through DDD for eligible members.
Home and community-based services

Attendant care
Support with daily living activities — personal hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, mobility, and maintaining a safe home environment. Includes general supervision based on individual needs.

Habilitation
Hands-on support to develop new skills and build independence — social skills, safety awareness, self-care, community navigation, money management, and daily living tasks.

Respite care
Temporary relief for primary caregivers. Respite providers offer companionship, supervision, and engagement through community activities, outings, personal care, and everyday routines.

Homemaker services
Support with essential household tasks — light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, and grocery shopping. Helping keep the home environment safe and manageable.

A&M Care operates under the Lexie's Voice umbrella — connecting clients to a broader network of programs including Charlie's Treehouse, the Tutoring & Life Skills Program, Lexie's Ranch, and The Family Fund. Together, we're building a continuum of care that supports individuals and families at every stage.
